STUDIO POLICY
- 2 weeks maximum to finish pottery piece (unfired), as it’ll be too dry to work on after 2 weeks. If exceed 2 weeks we will recycle the clay. ปั้นงานให้เสร็จภายใน 2 สัปดาห์ เพราะว่าดินจะแห้งเกินไป ถ้าเกิน 2 สัปดาห์เราจะไม่่เก็บไว้
- 1 month maximum to finish glazing, we will send you a notification via social media direct message, email or phone. If not complete or come to collect, we will have to dispose of it due to limited storage space at the studio. มาทำสีให้สำเร็จภายใน 1 เดือน พวกเราจะติดต่อคุณไป ถ้าเกิน 1 เดือนจะไม่มีที่ว่างงานสำหรับคุณ
- We cannot guarantee when you will get your pieces as we will only fire if the kiln is filled up. Due to high electricity bills from firing, it is not cost effective for us to do requested last minute firings if the kiln is not sufficiently filled up.
- Take in advice from the teachers when building your products. รับฟังคำแนะนำจากคุณครู
- As the nature of working with clay involves some unpredictability and accidents do occur, such as cracks or pieces exploding in the kiln due to trapped air bubbles, Palm Pottery cannot 100% guarantee how finished pieces will turn out. We will not take responsibility for any damages caused from mentioned above. However, our teachers do their best to minimise these occurrences and set each student up for success. Any damages or loss of pieces caused by improper handling by studio staff will be appropriately compensated. ตามธรรมชาติของดิน ไม่มีอะไรแน่นอน ชิ้นงานอาจจะระเบิดหรือแตกร้าวได้ เพราะว่านวดดินไม่ดีหรือมีลมอยู่ภายใน พวกเรา รับประกันไม่ได้ ว่าชิ้นงานจะสมบูรณ์ตามที่คุณขาดหวังไว้ แต่พวกเราจะทำให้ดีที่สุด
- Teachers can do finishing touches for you (e.g. attaching handle etc), but we will not make the whole piece for you. If you want us to make something for you it will be through studio commission orders. คุณครูสามารถช่วยงานคุณได้ แต่จะไม่ทำให้ทั้งหมด ผลงานจะต้องออกมาจากตัวคุณเอง ถ้าจะให้พวกเราทำผลงานให้ทั้งหมด สั่งผ่านร้าน - Keep studio tidy at all times. ช่วยกันรักษาความสะอาด
- No borrowing tools to take home. ห้ามเอาอุปกรณ์กลับบ้าน
- Please take care of our tools and be mindful when using them.
- All payment is made before class starts. ชำระเงินก่อนเริ่มเรียน
- Refund will not be available on the day of the class. ไม่คืนเงินถ้าเริ่มเรียนแล้ว
- Short course package expires within 1 month.
